A major work of vocal chamber music by Chinary Ung, setting text from the early Buddhist collection of Pali poems by Buddhist nuns the Therīgāthā.  Awarded an NEA ArtWorks Grant, this piece premiered  at Scripps College on March 24, 2018, as part of the culmination of a week devoted to the healing function of arts in post-genocide Cambodian society. Performers include Anne Harley and Stacey Fraser, voice/percussion;  Susan Ung, viola/voice; Nick Terry, percussion/voice; Brian Walsh, clarinets/voice. Parallel premiere performances also brought the work to the campus of commission co-sponsor, Chapman University.
